Stage rental for your event

Stage hire includes the provision of a suitable stage structure for your event, including transport, assembly, disassembly and, where necessary, additional technical equipment. The stage can be used for performances, concerts, presentations, hosted programmes, award ceremonies, conferences or corporate events.

The stage can be installed both indoors and outdoors, provided space and technical conditions permit. Indoors, the height of the space, floor load-bearing capacity and handling access are particularly important. Outdoors, it is necessary to address the surface, anchoring, weather and safety zones.

A flat and stable surface, sufficient handling space, safe access for equipment, and, depending on the scale, the possibility of anchoring or weighting the structure are required for stage construction. For larger stages, it is also necessary to take into account structural engineering, roofing, equipment loads, and the safe movement of performers.

As part of the stage hire, we can assemble our modular stages into an area of up to 200 m², ranging from a smaller speaking podium to a large concert stage.

Yes, we can add safety stairs, a railing and a rain or sun canopy to the stage.

Yes, we would be happy to combine the stage with sound, lighting and an LED screen into one complete technical package.

For stage hire, we can also provide complete sound systems, lighting, microphones, projection, LED screens, technical direction, cabling and other technical equipment according to the programme and the size of the event. We adapt the equipment to the venue, the number of guests and the performers' requirements.
