IAA Transportation in Hanover is one of the world's most significant exhibitions in the field of transport and logistics. It was at this event that Tesla presented its new SEMI truck – and part of this presentation was also a complete 170 m² exhibition stand, which we provided for the global brand from design to execution.
Our goal was to create a space that reflected the technological level of the Tesla brand while simultaneously providing full facilities for the team and business partners throughout the entire exhibition.
Full stand production from floor to ceiling
As a partner, we covered the complete realisation of the exhibition stand – literally from the floor up to the meeting room.
Part of our production included:
- design and realization of a 170 m² stand,
- complete flooring and room construction,
- custom-designed furniture,
- construction of a meeting room and a staff room,
- production management and the coordination of the entire project.
Every detail was designed to make the stand look professional at the international exhibition and represent the brand to the highest standard.
Technical equipment and visual identity
Part of the stand was also a technically demanding solution that required close cooperation with the production partner.
We have secured:
- LED screen built directly into the stand structure,
- eight-metre hanging banner,
- the production of individual elements by the production partner,
- complete on-site installation.
Just built LED screen The large-format banner was among the most striking elements of the stand and enhanced its visual impact on the exhibition visitors.
Preparation and logistics from June
A project of this scale required thorough planning well in advance.
We have provided the umbrella for:
- planning according to the supplied designs from as early as June,
- coordination of the production of individual elements,
- logistics and transport to the Hanover Exhibition Centre,
- comprehensive management of the entire process up to the final installation.
The precisely planned preparation ensured that the stand was fully ready exactly by the opening of the exhibition.
Service and maintenance throughout the entire exhibition
The realisation of the stand did not end with its installation – an important part was also looking after its trouble-free operation throughout the entire week of the exhibition.
We have secured:
- ongoing service and maintenance of the stand,
- monitoring of the technical equipment throughout the exhibition,
- on-site resolution of any requests,
- coordination with the Tesla team throughout the event.
