In December, we had the privilege of covering one of the biggest corporate parties of the year. Samsung Electronics decided on a lavish Christmas celebration for more than 800 employees, and we Big Agency we took care of the complete end-to-end production. The venue was Agrokomplex in Nitra – the ideal space for a large-scale event that demands both technical precision and creative invention.
From creative to execution – an E2E corporate event in practice
As a full-service events agency, we secured for the client complete turnkey event. From the initial concept design to the final light on stage. As part of the production, we handled:
- overall design creative identity of the party
- creation of visuals, graphic line and branding
- selection interpret, draft programme and detailed schedule
- technical support – lights, sound, stage, LED panels, stage management
- hosts, programme, hostessing and production team
- coordination with catering, suppliers and venue hire

The evening also included experiential elements event attractions, which combined interactivity and entertainment:
- Interactive LED wall PlayWall – with fun games
- Fun mobile casino – blackjack, roulette, craps and prizes for winners
- Photobooths and photo booths – on-site, including with a Christmas theme
- Live music, DJ, dance performances and afterparty
